Surówka z Kapusty - Cabbage Slaw
Traditional Polish cabbage salad, crunchy and tangy. Essential side for kotlet schabowy. Simple but perfectly balanced.

Ingredients
- 500 g White cabbage
- 2 medium Carrots
- 1 large Apple
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Shred cabbage very thin.
Grate carrots and apple.
Mix with lemon juice, sugar, oil, salt.
Massage well to soften.
Let sit 30 min.
Serve fresh.
💡 Tips & Variations
Massage cabbage to tenderize. Best made 2-3 hours ahead. Keeps well in fridge for 2 days.
