Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 3 eggs Eggs
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 80 g Butter
  • 15 g Yeast

Instructions

Make sweet yeast dough, rise 90 min.

Divide into 3 strands.

Braid loosely.

Rise 40 min.

Brush with egg.

Bake at 180°C for 35 min until golden.

💡 Tips & Variations

Brush with egg for shiny crust. Don't braid too tight. Makes excellent French toast next day.
