Karkówka Pieczona - Roasted Pork Neck
Tender roasted pork neck, Polish BBQ favorite. Marinated with garlic and spices, roasted until juicy. Perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients
- 1.25 kg Pork neck
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 2 tsp Marjoram
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Score meat, make cuts for garlic.
Rub with mustard, paprika, marjoram, salt.
Insert garlic slivers.
Marinate 4 hours or overnight.
Roast at 180°C for 90 min, basting occasionally.
Rest 10 min before slicing.
💡 Tips & Variations
Marinate overnight for best flavor. Don't overcook - should be slightly pink. Great grilled too.
