Kotlet de Volaille - Polish Chicken Kiev
Elegant Polish chicken breast stuffed with herb butter. Breaded and fried until golden. Special occasion dish with dramatic presentation.

Ingredients
- 4 large Chicken breasts
- 150 g Butter
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 100 g Flour
- 3 eggs Eggs
- 200 g Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Make herb butter with parsley and garlic, freeze.
Pound breasts thin, place butter in center.
Roll tightly, secure.
Coat in flour, egg, breadcrumbs twice.
Deep fry 8 min until golden.
Serve immediately - butter should ooze out.
💡 Tips & Variations
Double bread for security. Freeze rolls 30 min before frying. Oil must be hot. Pierce with care - butter is hot!
