Kotlet Schabowy - Breaded Pork Cutlet
Poland's national dish - breaded pork cutlet similar to schnitzel. Crispy golden crust, tender juicy meat. Served with mashed potatoes and cabbage salad. Sunday dinner favorite.

Ingredients
- 600 g Pork loin
- 100 g Flour
- 2 eggs Eggs
- 200 g Breadcrumbs
- 200 ml Lard or oil
Instructions
Pound pork cutlets thin (0.5cm).
Season with salt and pepper.
Coat in flour, egg, breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot lard 3-4 min per side until golden.
Drain on paper.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
