Ingredients

  • 600 g Pork loin
  • 100 g Flour
  • 2 eggs Eggs
  • 200 g Breadcrumbs
  • 200 ml Lard or oil

Instructions

Pound pork cutlets thin (0.5cm).

Season with salt and pepper.

Coat in flour, egg, breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot lard 3-4 min per side until golden.

Drain on paper.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
