Pączki - Polish Donuts
Legendary Polish donuts filled with rose jam. Fat Thursday (Tłusty Czwartek) tradition. Rich yeast dough, deep fried, absolute indulgence.

Ingredients
- 600 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 4 eggs Eggs
- 25 g Yeast
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 300 g Rose jam
- 1 liter Oil for frying
Instructions
Make rich yeast dough, rise 90 min.
Roll out, cut rounds.
Place jam in center, seal into balls.
Rise again 30 min.
Deep fry at 170°C until golden.
Dust with powdered sugar.
💡 Tips & Variations
Dough must be very soft. Fry at correct temperature - test with one first. Eat same day.
