Flaki - Tripe Soup
Traditional Polish beef tripe soup, rich and flavorful. Spiced with paprika, ginger, and marjoram. Considered a hangover cure and delicacy.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef tripe
- 500 g Beef bones
- 2 medium Carrots
- 200 g Celery root
- 1 large Onion
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Marjoram
Instructions
Clean tripe thoroughly, blanch.
Cook tripe with bones 3 hours in 3L water.
Add vegetables, cook 30 min.
Remove bones, slice tripe thin.
Season with paprika, ginger, marjoram.
Serve very hot.
