Zupa Fasolowa - White Bean Soup
Hearty Polish white bean soup with smoked meat. Thick, satisfying, and nutritious. Working-class origins, now beloved by all. Perfect winter warmer.

Ingredients
- 500 g White beans
- 400 g Smoked pork ribs
- 2 medium Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 large Onion
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Instructions
Soak beans overnight.
Cook with ribs in 2.5L water 90 min.
Add diced vegetables, cook 30 min.
Make roux with tomato paste, add to soup.
Partially blend for creamy texture.
Serve with bread.
