Ingredients

  • 300 g Fresh sorrel
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 4 eggs Hard-boiled eggs
  • 200 ml Sour cream
  • 1 1/2 liters Vegetable broth

Instructions

Cook diced potatoes in broth 15 min.

Chop sorrel, add to soup, cook 5 min.

Remove from heat, stir in sour cream.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with quartered eggs.
