Leniwe Pierogi - Lazy Pierogi
Quick 'lazy' version of pierogi - dumplings made from farmer's cheese dough, no wrapping needed. Fast weeknight dinner served with butter and sugar or savory toppings.

Ingredients
- 500 g Farmer's cheese
- 2 eggs Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Butter
- to taste Sugar or fried onions
Instructions
Mix cheese, eggs, flour into soft dough.
Roll into finger-thick logs.
Cut into 2cm pieces.
Boil in salted water until they float (3-4 min).
Drain, toss with butter.
Serve sweet with sugar or savory with onions.
💡 Tips & Variations
Dough should be soft but not sticky. Don't overcook. Very quick family meal.
