Pierogi z Kapustą i Grzybami - Sauerkraut Mushroom Pierogi
Classic Christmas Eve pierogi filled with sauerkraut and dried forest mushrooms. Traditional vegetarian option with deep umami flavors.

Ingredients
- 600 g Flour
- 500 g Sauerkraut
- 40 g Dried mushrooms
- 2 large Onions
Instructions
Soak and cook mushrooms.
Rinse and chop sauerkraut.
Sauté onions, add sauerkraut and mushrooms, cook 30 min.
Cool filling.
Make dough, fill, seal.
Boil and serve with mushroom sauce.
💡 Tips & Variations
Rinse sauerkraut if too sour. This filling improves with time - make day ahead.
