Pierogi z Jagodami - Blueberry Pierogi
Sweet summer pierogi filled with fresh blueberries. Served with sour cream and sugar. Popular dessert or breakfast treat in Poland.

Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 2 eggs Eggs
- 500 g Fresh blueberries
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Potato starch
Instructions
Mix blueberries with sugar and starch.
Make dough with egg and flour.
Fill generously - berries cook down.
Seal very well to prevent leaking.
Boil gently 5-6 min.
Serve with sour cream and sugar.
💡 Tips & Variations
Seal edges extra well - juice can leak. Add starch to thicken berry juice. Best with fresh summer berries.
