  • 500 g Flour
  • 2 eggs Eggs
  • 500 g Ground pork
  • 2 large Onions

Make dough as for ruskie.

Sauté onions, brown ground meat, season well.

Cool filling completely.

Fill and seal pierogi.

Boil until they float.

Serve with fried onions and sour cream.
