Pierogi z Mięsem - Meat Pierogi
Traditional savory pierogi filled with seasoned ground meat. Usually made from leftover roast or fresh ground pork. Hearty and satisfying main dish.

Ingredients
- 500 g Flour
- 2 eggs Eggs
- 500 g Ground pork
- 2 large Onions
Instructions
Make dough as for ruskie.
Sauté onions, brown ground meat, season well.
Cool filling completely.
Fill and seal pierogi.
Boil until they float.
Serve with fried onions and sour cream.
