Ingredients

  • 500 g Beetroots
  • 1 liter Kefir
  • 2 medium Cucumbers
  • 6 radishes Radishes
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 4 eggs Eggs
  • 1 bunch Dill

Instructions

Cook beets until tender, cool and grate.

Mix with kefir, chill.

Dice cucumbers, radishes, green onions.

Combine all, add chopped dill and eggs.

Season with salt, lemon.

Serve ice-cold.
