Ogórkowa - Dill Pickle Soup
Unique Polish soup featuring fermented pickles. Tangy, creamy, surprisingly delicious. Made with naturally fermented cucumbers and served with potatoes.

Ingredients
- 4 large Dill pickles
- 200 ml Pickle brine
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 2 medium Carrots
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 1 bunch Fresh dill
Instructions
Sauté onion, add carrots, celery.
Add broth and diced potatoes, simmer 20 min.
Grate pickles, add with brine, simmer 10 min.
Remove from heat, stir in sour cream.
Add fresh dill.
Serve hot.
💡 Tips & Variations
Use fermented pickles, not vinegar-based. Don't boil after adding sour cream.
